I don't work January 8th, cause that's Elvis' birthday.
This is good bull. This link will tell you what was the Billboard chart's #1 song on the day you were born, graduated, married, etc. (HT James "Rev" Galyon)
For me?
The number one song the day I was born was ... no kidding ... Three Dog Night, "Joy to the World."
What was the number one song the day you were born?

“I Can’t Help Myself (Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch) by the Four Tops
7/20/82 = "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor.
I feel like working out...
"Purple People Eater" by Sheb Wooley
Oh yes.
Another Brick in the Wall by Pink Floyd.
Oh yes.
Those are some good ones.
I checked on my kids' birthdays and didn't even recognize the song titles ... or the bands/groups/singers.
What's that all about?!
"Le Freak" by Chic. My wife's was "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor
"Kiss Kiss" by Chris Brown featuring T-Pain was the number one song when my son Zack was born in 2007. Had he been born in 1891, it would have been "Turkey in the Straw" by Billy Golden.
How times have changed . . .
1/4/83
Maneater by Hall and Oates
I had to laugh when I was reading everyone's song....over 1/2 of you were born during my senior prom! LOL
"I'm a Believer" by the Monkees
No foolin'? The Monkees had a #1? That's awesome.
Matt, you and your wife are definitely disco kids!
Michelle, that Maneater really brings back memories ... of the skating rink, in particular.
Kelly, they are a bunch of young pups, aren't they? ;-)
Lot's of youngins here...
Did you know Jimi Hendrix opened for the Monkees and got booed?
Lance's "I'm a Believer" is a close second, but clearly the greatest is "Joy to the World" for Gunny . . . and also Oilcan.
Rev, you sure you got that right? Jimi Hendrix opening for the Monkees? That don't seem possible. I can see the Monkees, however, getting booed when opening for Jimi Hendrix.
I would have liked to hear Jimi doing some "Joy to the World" or at least some "Jeremiah Was a Bullfrog."
