I'm your huckleberry.
Apparently, the recently departed Ruth Graham had (half-jokingly) suggested the following for the epitath on her tombstone:
“End of Construction: Thank You for Your Patience.”
That's good bull. I know on mine I want:
O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?Have you thought about what you want on your tombstone?
- 1 Corinthians 15:55
I mean, other than "I'm your huckleberry."

2064? Man . . . you are a glutton for punishment.
I think maybe I would like:
"You don't know the power of the dark side."
Blogmaster Extraordinaire,
When do you sleep?!
Incidentally ... Doc Holliday was Val Kilmer's best performance to date. A fine, fine quote, my friend - in the quality echelon with the Highlander's "Listen up! I've got something to say, 'It's better to burn out than to fade away.'"
Gunny, you're becoming a regular and enjoyable fixture in my day. 'Preciate you.
Nonus Semperatus!
Gomer
He was a picker . . . and a grinner . . . . a lover . . . and a sinner.
Didn't want to hurt no one.
Hey Eric. Remember me? We're both friends of D. Ely. I graduated DTS in '02 and am working on a Post-hole Digger in church history here in Edinburgh (Puritanism).

Love your posts!
But no in all seriousness, maybe this:
"But far be it from me to boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ" (Galatians 6:14a).
Hey, that's good, Jay. If I go first, I might have to slooge that from you. ; - )
Ah ... Val Kilmer's pinnacle of his acting career AND a great movie to boot! I loves me some Tombstone.
HCR! Hey, now ... up in Scotland?! G'Day, mate! I dig your blog. Lots of good slooge on there. I'll be sure to regularly hit it. Let's keep in touch.
Lance, people keep talkin' about me, baby, saying I'm doing you wrong. But don't worry, don't worry, no don't worry, Lance, Cause I'm right here, right here, right here at home.
But maybe we'll both stop short at "Midnight Toker."
Good point, let's just get our lovin' on the run and leave it at that!
I guess I'll just fly like an eagle or get on a big ol' jet airliner.
While I do, how about you take the money and run?
Good night sweet prince.
