Hahahaha.... that video is hilarious! It's so true that Florida is not considered a southern state --- there's too many New Yorkers that retire there! :ob But I object that we don't know how to make barbeque out here in the NorthEast! :ob

As a Yankee, I'll admit thinking BBQ was a verb.

As a new Kansan living where the greatest BBQ on earth is available, I am totally appalled by the lack of mention. I understand Sutheners (sp. on purpose) are still sore about KS being a free state and all, but to ignore it's domination in the area of BBQ totally discredits the video.

Finally, who's kiddin' who? The meat that unites all these states is 'Possum.
